Who we are

We put identity at the centre of everything.

You Who was born from a conviction that leaders need good people in their corner.

Identity at the centre, the thread through every engagement

You Who's foundations have been built by people who are passionate about helping other leaders.

Leigh Cameron started You Who in April 2019. Like so many at You Who, Leigh had worked as an executive leader himself, including at World Vision, before joining You Who. This personal leadership experience, coupled with a desire to support other leaders, has been central to You Who story since day 1.

Over seven years, You Who has become a growing team serving hundreds of clients across a diverse range of sectors, around Australia and beyond. The common thread that defines everyone who works at You Who and everyone we work with, is a genuine ambition to make things better for their organisations, and the world around them. This is the good work that drives us still, today.

How we work

It might help to define who we're not.

Not this
  • We're not stuffy consultant know-it-all's who like the sound of our own voice.
  • We're not fly-in-fly-out superheroes with an objective to make ourselves look good.
  • We're not outsiders dropping in with generic frameworks and leaving you to figure it out.
  • We're not here to impress you with complexity, or jargon.
But this
  • We are a team of deeply invested facilitators with a genuine interest in helping people and their organisations.
  • We work alongside your people to build clarity, alignment, and momentum that lasts.
  • We believe real transformation happens through trust, strong relationships, and working together.
  • We understand the wisdom is in the room, and it's our job to unlock good leaders, strategies, and culture.

The impact of working with You Who is demonstrated in the multiple achievements and changes the school has made in the last 18 months. Most significantly cultural change — this change has repositioned the disciplines and our leadership team into a cohesive unit.
